We designed it to seamlessly integrate into your outdoor kitchen design as a built-in element. Place it on a counter within the kitchen design. The oven comes with fixed feet for stability.

Alternatively, you can pair it with its matching base cabinet unit for storage, adding to its versatility and functionality.

• The oven interior cooking chamber and racks are made of stainless steel.

• The grates are mild steel.

• The oven's exterior is weatherproof and protected by powder-coat paint over mild steel, and the hardware is solid stainless steel.

• The advanced insulation combines stainless steel and ceramic wool. The insulation keeps all the heat inside the oven.

• Uses 45% less fuel than an open grill.

• The outside of the oven will not become too hot to touch. The temperature will rise to approximately 60°C over time, ensuring your safety during use.

Cooking temperatures:

Operating temperature range of 100°C to 400°C.

The temperature can be set, and held absolutely steady, anywhere between those two points.

15-20 minutes to reach 200-250°C temperature.

30 minutes to reach 375-400°C for pizza baking.

Holds temperature between 4 and 6 hours on a single small load of charcoal or fully load the charcoal bed for overnight cooks up to 16 hours at 100-120°C.
