• Nine rack cooking levels for multi-height cooking.

• The oven interior cooking chamber and racks are made of stainless steel.

• The grates are mild steel.

• The oven's exterior is weatherproof, protected by powder-coat paint over mild steel, and solid stainless steel hardware.

• The advanced insulation combines stainless steel and ceramic wool. The insulation keeps all the heat inside the oven.

• Uses 45% less fuel than an open grill.

• The outside of the oven will not become too hot to touch. The temperature will rise to approximately 60°C over time, ensuring your safety during use.  

• Incredibly easy to clean and maintain.

• The oven comes with two standard commercial-grade cooking racks.

Cooking temperatures

Operating temperature range of 100°C to 400°C. The temperature can be set and held steady anywhere between those two points.

15-20 minutes to reach 200-250°C.

30 minutes to reach 375-400°C for pizza baking.

Holds temperature between 4 and 6 hours on a single small load of charcoal or fully load the charcoal bed for overnight cooks up to 16 hours at 100-120°C. 

Customisation options

Chimney: The flue system is modular. It is possible to specify a more extended flue or have sections added to change the direction of the vent (elbows). Additional costs are based on the specification required.

Colours: Want a specific colour? We can paint your oven in most RAL colours. However, there is an additional cost for this service. Contact us to get a quote.
